I have been playing with movement, consciousness, and energy for as long as I can remember. Over the course of an 18 year yoga practice, I've explored the connection of mind, body and breath. I've discovered ways to make space, shift perspective, slay demons and choose something different. I've picked up many manual and energetic tools along the way. For the past 6 years, I've been teaching and sharing this wisdom with the intention of empowering others to heal, become their best selves and change the world!
